[edit] How can I open the text properties window?
The simple way is to double click on it to bring up the text-properties window. Instead of double clicking, you can also: select the text field you want to change and right click on it and click “text properties” from the popup menu. Or alternatively you can click the “properties” button from the menu bar above the stage after selecting the desired text field
